San Luis Obispo Super-Bloom: Moosh Walks Brand Photography
When my friend, Olga Kay, contacted me saying that she needed some new photography content for her Moosh Walks socks, I was super excited! Her socks are comfortable, adorable and FUN! Her company, Moosh Walks, is an inspiration!
A few weeks later, when San Luis Obispo experienced one of the most amazing super blooms in years, I messaged her and said SEND SOCKS NOW!!
The super bloom was at it’s height and I thought it would be an amazing place to take photos of my daughter, Sylvie wearing Moosh Walks! I wasn’t wrong!
Super Bloom Photography With Moosh Walks!
I decided to drive out to Shell Creek Road Road to look for the purple Lupines that would really compliment Moosh Walks Lulu Llama socks. The flowers were so abundant and so beautiful it was almost like a dream. Sylvie explored the rolling hills full of blooms all afternoon. It was a magical experience that produced some magical images.

Shell Creek Road
Super Bloom
Shell Creek Road is a great place to see the super bloom in San Luis Obispo County. The wildflowers bloom in the spring, and the road is lined with fields of yellow goldfields, purple lupines, and orange poppies.
The road is located about 25 miles southeast of Paso Robles. It is a scenic drive, and the wildflowers make it even more beautiful. If you are planning to visit the Shell Creek Road during a super bloom, be sure to arrive early in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid the crowds. Also, wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen. And be sure to bring your camera!
